Q Do I have to order a minimum number of garments?
A No only order what you need.

Q Do you give volume discounts?
A Yes, Give us a call to inquire about price breaks.

Q What is your turn around time?
A Most orders ship within 10 business days from the finalization of the artwork. Custom logos require about a week to get the sample stitch-out approved.

Q Is rush service available? Is there an additional cost for it?
A Yes rush service is available. Please add 15% to the total of the order to cover rush service fees. If you require NEXT DAY - add 20% to total order (Minimum of $30.00)

Q How large can my design be?
A For caps designs should not be larger than 2 inches in height and 4.5 inches in width. The sides and rear of the caps can also be sewn. Left chest designs can be as little as 1 inch up to about 4 inches. Jacketback designs can be as large as 10"x16".

Q How many colors can my design have?
A Each design can have up to nine different colors with no additional cost.

Q What types of items can be embroidered?
A Caps, jackets, sweat shirts, sweat pants, denim shirts, golf shirts, towels, duffel bags, infant items, bath towels, robes, tote bags, backpacks, etc.

Cancellations
Canceled orders require compensation for incurred costs and related obligations at the time of cancellation. A minimum charge of $35 is applied to jobs canceled before the job is started. A minimum charge of $70 is applied to jobs canceled once the embroidery has started. No refunds will be given for orders that are more then 50% at time of cancellation.

Accuracy of Specifications

Quotations are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided. eprintnstitch can re-quote a job at the time of submission if the art does not conform to the information on which the original estimate was based. Orders placed with eprintnstitch.com are to the clients knowledge correct, and there are no conditions or agreements relating to the order which are not written or accompanying said order.

Spoilage
Generally our spoilage is insignificant, however we do allow for 2% damage. We will replace any spoilage in excess of 1 piece or 2% - whichever is greater.

Claims
Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing no later than 10 calendar days after delivery. If no such claim is made, Embroidery Now and the client will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledges that Embroidery Nows performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.

Workmanship Guarantee
eprintnstitch cannot guarantee exact placement or results on some fabrics & hats. We cannot be held responsible for quality of embroidery when the customer furnishes a design not digitized by us.

Privacy Statement
Any information eprintnstitch.com collects from order processing or from any inquiries is not shared with any other company. Your information is only used for contact, billing, and shipping purposes. Your credit card information is never stored by Embroidery Now.

Samples
Embroidery Now may use your product for samples or advertising purposes.

Changes

Embroidery Now may change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy at any time, and any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted. This policy was updated on December 29, 2004.
